flight

Much of my time spent outside is photographing birds.  They intrigue me, they entertain me, and they are simply beautiful.  Capturing a bird in flight is an acquired skill. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of photos to get that one moment where you see the eye clearly, and the feathery detail.  And of course, it's the subject's cooperation that encourages many wildlife photographers to spend hours waiting for the right moment.
